Order Questions
"Where is my order?"
You can track your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or check your account order history.
"Can I change or cancel my order?"
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned following our Return Policy.
"I received the wrong item. What should I do?"
We sincerely apologize! Please email us at kris@modshop.fun with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll send you the correct item immediately.
Shipping Questions
"Do you offer free shipping?"
Yes! Orders of $150 or more receive FREE standard shipping automatically at checkout. We also offer 10% off orders of $75+.
"Do you ship internationally?"
Yes, we ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and many others! International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
"How long does shipping take?"
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Product Questions
"Are your products authentic?"
Absolutely! We only sell authentic, licensed products from authorized distributors. All autographed items and graded collectibles come with certificates of authenticity.
"Will you restock [item]?"
Product availability changes frequently. Email us at kris@modshop.fun with the item you're looking for, and we'll let you know about restock plans or similar alternatives.
"Can I pre-order upcoming releases?"
Yes! We offer pre-orders for many upcoming releases. Check our website regularly or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new pre-orders.
Return Questions
"What is your return policy?"
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our complete Return & Refund Policy for details.
"How do I start a return?"
