At MOD Shop LLC, we strive to get your collectibles, trading cards, and comic books to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy for important information about processing times, shipping methods, costs, and delivery.
Shipping Within the United States
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Custom orders or pre-orders may require additional processing time
- During peak seasons (holidays, major releases), processing may take 3-5 business days
You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information.

We offer several shipping options:

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
The carrier will be selected based on your location, package size, and shipping method chosen.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
- Current carrier rates

Package Tracking
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
You can track your package through:
- The carrier's website using your tracking number
- Your MOD Shop account order history
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
Delivery Confirmation
Most packages require a signature upon delivery for orders over $100. If you won't be available to sign:
- Contact the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery time
- Authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature (at your own risk)
- Have the package held at a local carrier facility for pickup
International Shipping

Note: International shipping availability may be limited for certain items or destinations.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs vary significantly based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
Costs will be calculated at checkout. International orders typically start at $25 for standard shipping.
International Delivery Times
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-21 business days
- Australia: 14-28 business days
- Other countries: 14-35 business days
Note: International delivery times are estimates only. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
- These fees are NOT included in our product prices or shipping charges
- Fees are determined by your country's customs authority
- You will be contacted by the carrier or customs office to pay these fees
- We cannot predict or control the amount of these fees
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
We are required to declare the actual value of merchandise on customs forms and cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue items.
Special Handling for Collectibles
Protection and Packaging
We take extra care when shipping collectible items:
Trading Cards:
- Individual cards shipped in protective sleeves and top-loaders
- Multiple cards packaged in card savers or team bags
- Bubble mailers or rigid cardboard protection for added security
Comic Books:
- Bagged and boarded
- Shipped in rigid cardboard mailers
- Graded comics are often shipped with additional protection
Collectible Figures & Funko Pops:
- Wrapped in bubble wrap, foam, or packing paper
- Shipped in boxes with cushioning material
- Fragile items clearly marked
Insurance
We automatically insure all packages up to carrier specific free limits. Additional insurance may be obtained for additional, carrier specific rates upon request.
Order Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it:

Check for the package:
- Look around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailbox)
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order

Contact the carrier:
- Use your tracking number to file a claim
- They may investigate or contact the driver

Contact us:
- If you cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at kris@modshop.fun
- We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue
Note: We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we may be able to assist in filing carrier claims.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging
- Take photos of the damage (box, packing materials, and items)
- Contact us immediately at kris@modshop.fun with photos
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address:
- We cannot change the address after the order ships
- You must contact the carrier directly to attempt an address correction
- Address correction fees charged by the carrier are your responsibility
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you about reshipping. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS:
- Treated as domestic shipping for cost purposes
- Delivery times typically 10-21 business days
- Tracking may be limited once the package enters military mail system
- Some items may be restricted for military shipment
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS:
- Standard shipping rates apply
- Some large items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes
- Signature confirmation may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries
Order Splitting
If you order multiple items:
- We may ship items separately if they're in different locations
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- This does not incur additional shipping charges
- We often attempt to bundle orders to reduce the overall number of packages being sent. Should you desire to split your package into multiple packages additional fees may apply.
Delays and Force Majeure
While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs processing (international)
- Holidays and peak shipping seasons
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will contact you via email
- You can choose to have it reshipped (reshipping fees apply)
- Or you can request a refund minus original shipping costs
Packages marked "refused" or "return to sender" by the recipient will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays and peak seasons:
- Order early to ensure delivery
- Processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days
- Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
- Check our website or contact us for specific holiday cutoff dates
