Sixty Attack on the blade, 45 on the bit, and 80 Burst resistance holding it all together. This is the aggressive end of the Custom Line.

Like all CX tops, the blade here splits into three pieces rather than staying one part — Fox lock chip, Brush primary blade, J (Jaggy) auxiliary blade — giving you five swappable components instead of the standard three. The Brush primary blade is built around high continuous attack: it's designed to land repeated glancing strikes rather than one committed hit, and the 60 Attack against 10 Stamina tells you exactly what the tradeoff is. The Jaggy auxiliary blade underneath adds attack rather than absorbing shock, so this build stacks aggression instead of hedging it.

The 9-70 ratchet carries nine protrusions at 7.0mm. More contact points at mid-height means more surface making contact per rotation — it feeds the Brush blade's continuous-attack design instead of fighting it.

The GR (Gear Rush) bit is the piece worth paying attention to. It runs 45 Attack and 35 Dash, so it genuinely engages the X-Celerator Rail and converts that into stadium speed — this top is meant to move, not hold center. What makes GR unusual is the 80 Burst resistance, an exceptionally high number for an attack bit. Aggressive builds normally trade burst safety for speed. This one doesn't, which means you can commit to hard launches without the top disassembling itself on the first big collision.

Collector note: in Japan this top released as FoxBrush J9-70GR, and it wasn't a standard starter — it was the prize Beyblade in the CX-06 Random Booster FoxBrush Select. The Hasbro Custom Line Starter Pack is the straightforward way to own it. The Hasbro release also runs a bluish-pearlescent plastic with a more translucent main blade than the clear plastic Takara Tomy version.

At roughly 45g, this is a real attack build, not a starter-tier compromise.
