The Scarlet Garuda blade leans offensive for a Balance type, posting 45 Attack against 25 Defense and 30 Stamina, paired with a mid-height 4-70 ratchet that keeps it versatile against tops of varying heights. Where it separates itself is the TP (Trans Point) Bit, a switchable tip that shifts between High Mode and Low Mode. High Mode gives you a taller, more aggressive stance for attacking; Low Mode drops the center of gravity for stability and stamina retention. That's a genuine in-battle strategic decision rather than a fixed build, and it's uncommon on a starter at this tier. The TP bit also carries an 80 Burst rating, so it holds together under pressure.

Known in Japan as CrimsonGaruda 4-70TP (BX-38). The blade takes its name from Garuda, the bird-like divine creature from Hindu and Buddhist tradition, while the gear chip artwork depicts the Vermilion Bird of Chinese mythology.
