Biovore – Tyranids (Warhammer 40,000)

Living artillery that launches explosive Spore Mines into the enemy line.

The Biovore is a sentient Tyranid mortar. It’s a hulking, armoured bio-form bred by the Hive Mind to bombard the enemy from afar. Its spore cannon launches clusters of floating Spore Mines, living bombs that drift across the battlefield before bursting in clouds of acid, toxins and shrapnel. They bring the slaughter right into the enemy’s ranks and deny ground to anyone who dares hold it.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Biovore along with three Spore Mines. The Biovore has several alternate leg poses, and the three Spore Mines come in different designs, each one floating on writhing tendrils. The kit can instead be built as a Pyrovore, a fire-spewing Tyranid creature, which gives you two units in one box.
