StarCraft Tabletop Miniatures Game Protoss Starter Set | Founders Edition with Artanis

Years ago, the Protoss homeworld of Aiur fell to the Zerg Swarm. Now Hierarch Artanis has assembled the Golden Armada, a massive fleet of warships, to take it back. But a greater threat has appeared: the ancient entity Amon, whose darkness could consume the entire sector. Only Artanis can reunite the scattered Protoss and lead them into this fight.

The Protoss Starter Set Founders Edition gives you a full Protoss army for the StarCraft Tabletop Miniatures Game, led by Artanis himself. Six Zealots form the front line, charging in with psionic blades. Four Adepts support them from range, and they come with a clear plastic Adept Shade that shows the psionic projection Adepts send ahead to reposition. Two Sentries lock down the battlefield with two translucent Force Field miniatures. At the center of the army stands a Pylon, the crystalline power structure that every Protoss force depends on.

Along with the miniatures, the box includes dice, cards, tokens, a ruler, and a rules reference, so everything a Protoss player needs to start playing is here. Protoss play differently from the other factions. Where the Zerg win with numbers and the Terrans with firepower, the Protoss rely on elite, heavily shielded warriors and on controlling the battlefield. Because this is a single-faction box, it's the ideal way to add a third army to a group that already owns the Two Player Starter Set. It's also a strong entry point for anyone who has always played Protoss.

The Founders Edition is the launch printing of the Protoss starter.
