The ninja who goes by the name of Lotus Blossom has been blackmailed into stealing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' portable interdimensional portal for Krang and his evil cohorts, which would allow them to free not just Shredder but also the intergalactic criminal syndicate called the Pantheon from their dimensional prisons!
