Toxicrene – Tyranids (Warhammer 40,000)

A writhing monster of venom and lashing tentacles, poisoning everything around it.

The Toxicrene is one of the Hive Mind’s most horrifying bio-forms, a living weapon of poison and death. Its massive body is ringed with long, whip-like tentacles tipped with venomous barbs, which lash out to ensnare and kill any enemy that comes close. The air around it chokes with clouds of toxic spores, and even its blood is deadly to the touch. Every warrior who strikes it risks being struck down by its poison.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Toxicrene, a towering centrepiece for any Tyranid army. The same 55-part kit can also be built as a Maleceptor, a psychic synapse creature that channels the Hive Mind’s power through its swollen, brain-like lobes and fights with a pair of scything talons. The Maleceptor can be posed crouching or rearing up on its hind legs. The base is sculpted with a fallen Space Marine underfoot.
