Warhammer 40,000 Armageddon Launch Box | Space Marines vs Orks, 61 Miniatures, 11th Edition

It is the 41st millennium, and Humanity is fighting for its very survival. On the war-torn hive world of Armageddon, the Imperium's elite defenders, the Space Marines, stand against the brutal ferocity and endless numbers of the Orks. The fighting never stops. In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only war.

Armageddon is the launch box for Warhammer 40,000's 11th Edition. It's packed with 61 new Citadel miniatures across two full armies. The Space Marine strike force is led by a Captain with Relic Shield, a Chaplain with Jump Pack, a Librarian, and an Ancient carrying the chapter's banner. Behind them come ten Intercessors, five Vanguard Veterans with Jump Packs, three Eradicators armed with heavy bolters, and a Land Speeder for fast attack.

Across the battlefield, the Orks bring a Warboss, a Bigboss, a Bannernob, a Weirdboy, and a Painboy with his Grot Orderly, all at the head of a mob of twenty Boyz and ten Gretchin. Their Wartrakk races into the fight, and the Big Mek Dakkarig walks alongside them, a huge weapons platform bristling with dakka.

The box also comes with Warhammer 40,000: Operation Imperator, a book that tells the story of the latest war for Armageddon. The Core Rules are included, and a Chapter Approved Mission Deck handles deployment and victory conditions. The Dominatus Campaign Deck links your games into a story-driven campaign. Seventeen datasheet cards cover rules for every model in the box, and a transfer sheet adds unit markings and insignia.

For veterans, Armageddon is the best way into 11th Edition, with two armies, a narrative campaign, and the new core rules in one box. For newcomers, it's a huge entry point with more than enough models to build a real collection from day one.
